I'm alive. I promise. Just feeling a little overwhelmed lately. Basketball for two boys. Indoor lacrosse for another. Applying for a new job (getting the new job-same company-new role/brand). Teaching Master Club on Wednesdays at church. Being a wife and mother. Working full time.
It all just got to be a little much. So I stepped back from some things. Blogging, scrapbooking, social media. I just needed a little break. I'm slowly getting back in the flow. Re-organized my craft room. I'm beginning to feel creative again.
I've decided not to worry about how far behind I am on Project Life. I've kept up with my Oh Life entries, so I can always go back and catch up if I feel the need. Right now, though, I want to create. Some layouts. Some mini albums. Some cards. I want to cut patterned paper, figure out where to place my photos and journaling, and CREATE.
Life is good.
What have you been up to?
Be back soon. I promise not to be gone so long this time.

ReplyDeleteSo glad to see you back....and I know exactly how you have been feeling. I have been doing a lot more reading and a lot less writing lately. Just so much going on! I just hope that I still have readers by the time I regroup. Have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteI know the feeling from time to time :)
It really can get overwhelming.
I find I actually need blog breaks quite frequently these days for whatever reason.

ReplyDeleteSometimes you just need a break. I get really overwhelmed sometimes too.
